I’m a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, Licensed Social Worker, and Trauma Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience guiding individuals through life’s most challenging transitions. My passion lies in empowering women navigating the complexities of high-conflict divorce.
My professional experience and personal journey have given me a deep understanding of just how overwhelming and devastating a high-conflict divorce can be. I know firsthand the emotional, financial, and legal complexities involved, and how isolating it can feel. That’s why it’s so important for women to have a true partner by their side during this process. Leaving a high-conflict, abusive, or narcissistic relationship is incredibly daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. You deserve someone who will be your advocate, strategist, and guide every step of the way.
As a licensed therapist and trauma specialist, I bring a unique depth of expertise to my coaching practice. I am also a specialist in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, an evidence-based approach that facilitates the brain’s natural ability to process and integrate distressing memories, so they no longer trigger intense emotional responses. Much like organizing a filing cabinet, EMDR helps untangle and properly store traumatic experiences, allowing you to recall what happened without reliving the pain and intensity each time. This approach empowers the brain’s innate capacity for healing and has been shown to be highly effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, and the overwhelming emotions that can follow divorce.
In my practice, I also incorporate somatic techniques, parts work (Internal Family Systems), and strategies to calm and regulate the nervous system. These integrative methods support holistic healing, helping clients reconnect with themselves and build resilience as they move forward.
My commitment goes beyond one-on-one support. As an experienced expert witness in high-conflict court cases and an active member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), I am passionate about driving meaningful change within the family court system. I work closely with GALs, family attorneys, judges, and parent coordinators to raise awareness about the realities of high-conflict and abusive relationships—including coercive control, manipulation, financial abuse, and parental alienation—ensuring that children and survivors receive the understanding and support they deserve, both inside and outside the courtroom.
If you’re contemplating divorce, feeling stuck in the messy middle, or working to rebuild your life after divorce, you’re in the right place. Now is not the time to go it alone. I’m here to help you find clarity, safety, and a clear path forward—empowering you to navigate divorce with confidence and grace, avoid common pitfalls, and emerge from this season stronger, thriving, and ready to create a life more beautiful than you ever imagined.
Let’s work together to reclaim your life and your future.
